Wieland Genealogy

Helen Beverly Wieland, age 102, of Austin, Texas, died on May 17, 2006. She was born on August 29, 1903 in Smiley, Texas, to Dr. Henry Hatch Beverly and Janie Sample Beverly. She was a graduate of Austin High School, class of 1923. Helen was a part of the Retirement and Nursing Center family since 1986.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Carl J. Wieland, and her daughter, Beverly Cunningham Schmidt Redwine. She is survived by her grandchildren Karen Schmidt, Rob Schmidt and wife Laura, Susan Wolff and her husband Jim; and by six great-grandchildren and one step great-grandchild.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Oakwood Cemetery Annex.
